Opinel N°119 Santoku Knife
Opinel has drawn from its roots and expertise to create the Parallèle range of kitchen knives. The beech handle is soft and durable in the palm, with refined and softened lines guaranteeing comfort in the hand and an incomparable natural touch. The blade profiles have been analysed to optimise movement and guarantee a perfect cut adapted to each food item.
The Opinel N°119 Santoku knife is ideal for cutting, slicing, chopping and dicing.
The 3 mm-thick blade remains rigid and stable when cutting. It has a continuous cutting edge that frees up the heel of the blade to make it easier to sharpen.
Blade length - 17 cm
Blade material - X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensure a perfect cut.
Handle - Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, our beech is hard, durable and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.

By law, we are NOT permitted to sell a knife or blade to any person under the age of 18 (Criminal Justice Act 1988).
- Please be aware we will ask you to send a picture of your ID (which must include your name, age and address) before posting an age restricted product out!
- Once we have checked your ID we will post the age restricted product out to you. But, you must make sure that an individual aged 18 or over be present at the address upon delivery. Royal Mail practices Challenge 25 and the recipient may be required to present ID to Royal Mail. Failure to do so may result in the Age Verified Item not being delivered.
