The Opinel N°117 Spreading knife is a treat for spreading butter, jam, chocolate, but also rillettes, liverwurst, tapenade and others guilty pleasures. Its generous spatula blade allows a quick and precise spreading. 
 
Blade length - 6.5 cm
 
Blade material - X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensure a perfect cut.
 
Handle - Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, our beech is hard, durable and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.
