The multi-coloured version of tradition: the charming wooden handle is now adorned with colour. From deep nuances to the most intense colours, including soft and pastel shades, our coloured pocket knives are both striking and collectable.
His pierced handle and lace make it convenient to hang.
Its stainless steel blade is corrosion-resistant. The handle is comfortable in the hand. The security system, the Virobloc®, blocks the blade in open position and closed position.
Blade length - 8.5 cm
Blade material - Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge.Blade hardness 57-58 HRC
Yatagan Blade - The classic Opinel blade has adopted a Yatagan shape. The Yatagan shape is inspired by a traditional Turkish saber, the toe up. The blade is ground to an exclusive convex profile that ensures the strength of the blade and allows efficient regrinding.
Handle - Coming from French forests, this white wood with few veins is ideal for applying color. The handle is varnished to be protected against moisture and dirt.
Safety ring - Invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, the Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all folding knives from the N° 06. Cut out of stainless steel, the Virobloc has two sections, one fixed and one sliding. In addition to locking the blade open (safety in use), it is now possible to lock the blade closed (safety in transport).

By law, we are NOT permitted to sell a knife or blade to any person under the age of 18 (Criminal Justice Act 1988).
- Please be aware we will ask you to send a picture of your ID (which must include your name, age and address) before posting an age restricted product out!
- Once we have checked your ID we will post the age restricted product out to you. But, you must make sure that an individual aged 18 or over be present at the address upon delivery. Royal Mail practices Challenge 25 and the recipient may be required to present ID to Royal Mail. Failure to do so may result in the Age Verified Item not being delivered.
- If you are collecting the age restricted product from our shop, please be advised that we also practice Challenge 25 and you may be required to present ID to verify you are over 18.
