Opinel Intempora No.226 Serrated Knife - The serrated paring knife: a must-have for tomatoes! The blade allows you to cut without exerting too much pressure in order to protect the tomato, fruits, bread, cold meats or any ingredients with a tough skin and delicate flesh. Its sharp teeth give greater adhesion, meaning you don't have to use too much force with the blade. The advantage of this serrated blade and the durability of the non-sharpen edge.
Blade length - 10 cm
Blade material - Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge. Blade hardness 57-58 HRC
The full-tang blade extends throughout the entire length of the handle. The knife is robust and well balanced.
Handle - The moulded handle is made from fibreglass polyoxymethylene which ensures ultra resistance to temperature and water as well as outstanding impact strength. Thanks to its curved shape and triangular profile, it provides a secure and comfortable grip.

- Please be aware we will ask you to send a picture of your ID (which must include your name, age and address) before posting an age restricted product out!
- Once we have checked your ID we will post the age restricted product out to you. But, you must make sure that an individual aged 18 or over be present at the address upon delivery. Royal Mail practices Challenge 25 and the recipient may be required to present ID to Royal Mail. Failure to do so may result in the Age Verified Item not being delivered.
