Opinel Intempora No.225 Paring Knife - A paring knife is a key part of any kitchen. Its slim, sharp blade is perfect for slicing, skinning, chopping, peeling fruits and vegetables and cutting up meat. The blade is solid and sharp, and the handle is comfortable and pleasant to the touch.
 
Blade length - 8 cm
 
Blade material - Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge. Blade hardness 57-58 HRC
 
The full-tang blade extends throughout the entire length of the handle. The knife is robust and well balanced.
 
Handle - The moulded handle is made from fibreglass polyoxymethylene which ensures ultra resistance to temperature and water as well as outstanding impact strength. Thanks to its curved shape and triangular profile, it provides a secure and comfortable grip.
 
Free sharpening service - Opinel offer a FREE sharpening service (excluding shipping costs) for Intempora and Forgés 1890 knives (except bread knives).

Royal Mail practices Challenge 25 and the recipient may be required to present ID to Royal Mail. Failure to do so may result in the Age Verified Item not being delivered.

     

    • If you are collecting the age restricted product from our shop, please be advised that we also practice Challenge 25 and you may be required to present ID to verify you are over 18.
