Opinel Intempora No.219 Santoku Knife
Opinel Intempora No.219 Santoku Knife - Adaptable and resistant, the Santoku knife is usually used to chop and to slice. It is perfect to prepare fishes and shellfishes. The knife is robust and well balanced. After cutting, the wide blade can sweep the prepared food off the board.
Blade length - 17 cm with a thickness of 3mm.
Blade material - Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives excellent cutting edge. Blade hardness 57-58 HRC
The full-tang blade extends throughout the entire length of the handle. The knife is robust and well balanced.
Handle - The moulded handle is made from fibreglass polyoxymethylene which ensures ultra resistance to temperature and water as well as outstanding impact strength. Thanks to its curved shape and triangular profile, it provides a secure and comfortable grip.
Free sharpening service - Opinel offer a FREE sharpening service (excluding shipping costs) for Intempora and Forgés 1890 knives (except bread knives).

- Once we have checked your ID we will post the age restricted product out to you. But, you must make sure that an individual aged 18 or over be present at the address upon delivery. Royal Mail practices Challenge 25 and the recipient may be required to present ID to Royal Mail. Failure to do so may result in the Age Verified Item not being delivered.
